About Us

Energy Capital was founded in the summer of 2013 by its founder Chris Palmer.

Chris started in the auto finance space in 1997, and by 2000 had moved to the commercial space. After years of working as commercial finance manager for heavy equipment dealerships in the Edmonton area, Chris founded Energy Capital and the rest is history. Chris had been working in the commercial equipment finance space for about 13+ years, and wanted to offer his expertise in this industry to his clients. Therefore Energy Capital was founded, and has one simple rule: do unto others as they would do unto you.

In other words, treat people fairly, honestly and with respect.
